Chithiram – “Urban London meets Tamil Tradition”

Having being inspired by the images of Banksy Tunnel/Graffiti Tunnel (AKA Leake Street) Kaya recollects that it was the perfect setting for a “Urban London meets Tamil tradition” shoot

Kaya is no stranger in experimenting with alternative projection of the beloved saree. , she has effortlessly made sarees chique, yet being honest to the Tamil tradition and culture.

Kaya teamed the shoot with new and upcoming Makeup artist Radhika Siva, who was trained in Chennai within the famous kollywood Tamil industry having also worked in number of magazines there. She also worked in London fashion week and has a flair for unique styling and natural elegance. This is clear in the marriage of urban London with traditional temple jewellery and a kollywood style makeup.

The beauty of the makeup and saree has been captured by Sarav of Mysticstudios.in which is an Indian based Photography and Videography company.

This trio together with the London based models Yathu Mathy & Karthika Prathap , have truly encapsulated  the essence of an Urban Tamil Bride
